Who Am I?

I’m Taylor, the coach behind TFT, based in Wrexham.

I believe training should be simple, structured, and sustainable. My approach focuses on doing the basics well — clear programmes, steady progression, and support that fits around real life. Everything I deliver is tailored, easy to follow, and designed to help you train with confidence.

I’m qualified in Exercise Referral, with experience supporting a wide range of individuals, including those managing health conditions or returning to exercise. I hold a degree in Exercise Science and I’m currently completing a Master’s in Clinical Exercise Science, ensuring my coaching is grounded in evidence-based practice.

Outside of coaching, I enjoy climbing, training for endurance events such as triathlons, and staying active in different ways. That variety shapes how I coach — focusing on balanced, practical fitness that supports everyday life, not just the gym.

TFT is for people who want to train properly but feel unsure where to start — whether you’re new to the gym, returning after time off, or frustrated with inconsistency. You don’t need to be “fit already” to work with me.

Do i need gym experience?

Not at all. Many clients start with little or no gym experience. Everything is explained clearly, and sessions are built around your confidence level, ability, and goals.
