Who Am I?
I’m Taylor, the coach behind TFT.
I believe training should be simple, structured, and sustainable. My approach focuses on doing the basics well — clear programmes, steady progression, and support that fits around real life. Everything I deliver is tailored, easy to follow, and designed to help you train with confidence.
I’m qualified in Exercise Referral, which means I’m trained to work with a wide range of individuals, including those managing health conditions or returning to exercise after time away. I hold a degree in Exercise Science and I’m currently completing a Master’s in Clinical Exercise Science, allowing me to apply evidence-based principles to real-world coaching in a safe and supportive way.
Outside of coaching, I genuinely enjoy training and movement. I spend much of my time climbing, training for endurance events such as triathlons, and staying active in different ways. That variety shapes how I coach — I value balanced, well-rounded fitness and helping people stay healthy, capable, and confident in everyday life, not just in the gym.

We focus on doing the basics well — improving movement quality, building strength, and creating sustainable progress over time. Whether your goal is fat loss, confidence in the gym, strength development, or long-term health, you’ll have clear guidance and accountability every step of the way.
Session length: 60 minutes
Cancellation policy: 48 hours’ notice required to reschedule. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours are charged in full.Investment:

Structured, personalised coaching for those who want clarity, progression, and accountability — without needing to train in person.
You’ll receive a tailored programme built around your goals and equipment, with planned progression, regular adjustments, and direct support to keep you consistent.

A structured 4–6 week training plan built around your goal, experience level, and available equipment.
Ideal if you want direction and structure but prefer to train independently. Each programme is progressive, easy to follow, and centred around doing the fundamentals properly.
Programme length can be adjusted if needed to suit your goals — pricing will reflect the level of detail and duration required.

TFT is for people who want to train properly but feel unsure where to start — whether you’re new to the gym, returning after time off, or frustrated with inconsistency. You don’t need to be “fit already” to work with me.

Do i need gym experience?

Not at all. Many clients start with little or no gym experience. Everything is explained clearly, and sessions are built around your confidence level, ability, and goals.
